An older gentleman taught me how to play. I was hesitant at first having not know the guy at all, he lived in my apartment.. I had seen him a number of times.
One afternoon, during a lounge party a group of us got to talking, the vibes were good and spirits were high. He rushed to his place and came back with Rummikub. It took a couple rounds to get the hang of it and never looked back.
